Meet Vickie
Safirica Odyssey began long before it had a name. It started with my journey as a solo traveler, moving through cities, villages, and landscapes across the world with a backpack and a curious heart. Along the way, travel always brought people together, turning strangers into friends and unfamiliar places into communities. Those connections shaped how I see the world, and eventually, they shaped Safirica Odyssey.
After returning home and exploring the quieter, lesser-known corners of Kenya, I realized how many powerful stories go untold beyond the safari trails. Safirica Odyssey was created to share that Kenya, the warmth of local communities, rich traditions, everyday rhythms, and natural beauty, through immersive, budget-friendly experiences that blend culture, nature, food, sport, and community. Though rooted in Kenya, the vision extends across Africa, celebrating meaningful cultural exchange. At our heart, we believe you may start your journey alone, but you never have to stay that way.
